We are looking for a freelance Sales Partner whose primary focus will be to sell our CMI Level 3 Accredited Leadership courses. Lead Talent is an officially approved CMI Recognised Centre.

You will be positioning:

  • CMI Accredited Level 3 FastTrack Leadership Programme: Designed for leaders and “rising stars”.
  • Tailored Training Solutions: Bespoke programmes designed for Senior, Emerging, and Junior leaders
  • Mentoring & Coaching: Professional 121 sessions led by David Davies, a CMI Level 7 qualified coach
  • Real Results: We boast a 95% approval rating, a 93% distinction rate, and 1 in 4 coached candidates receive promotions.

As a Sales Partner, you will benefit from a transparent and generous incentive structure Incentive Structure: Earn 15–20% commission on leadership program sign-ups. Campaign Earnings: With 8–12 people per intake, you can expect £5,600 to £8,800 in commission per campaign.

  • Recurring commission

    Long-term Upsell: Beyond the core Talent offering, you will receive a share of the total revenue generated for 12 months from any Strategic Consultancy, Executive Leadership Coaching, or Brand Services secured with the clients you bring into the Lead Talent fold.

    Access to a database of potential prospects to target immediately.

  • Freedom & flexibility

Entrepreneurial SMEs- typically with circa 10-300 employees

  • SME Business Owners & MDs: Leaders looking to realise business objectives through sustainable, profitable growth and part of the growth coming from investing in their leaders.
  • The Recruitment Sector: We have deep roots here and offer specialised leadership training for recruitment professionals. Our preferred focus here is on niche sector recruitment companies.
  • Whole Leadership Teams: We work with entire teams to ensure strategic alignment, not just individual leaders.
  • High-Growth Businesses: Companies aiming for double-digit growth or those needing to optimise operations and retain top talent.
  • Other Growth Sectors: Although our history has been in recruitment, we also work with clients in the Specialist Manufacturing, Care, Social Investment, Service, Engineering, IT, Finance and Aviation sectors.
