We are looking for a freelance Sales Partner whose primary focus will be to sell our CMI Level 3 Accredited Leadership courses. Lead Talent is an officially approved CMI Recognised Centre.

We believe in rewarding the experts who help us grow. As a Sales Partner, you will benefit from a transparent and generous incentive structure Incentive Structure: Earn 15–20% commission on leadership program sign-ups. Campaign Earnings: With 8–12 people per intake, you can expect £5,600 to £8,800 in commission per campaign.
Long-term Upsell: Beyond the core Talent offering, you will receive a share of the total revenue generated for 12 months from any Strategic Consultancy, Executive Leadership Coaching, or Brand Services secured with the clients you bring into the Lead Talent fold.
Access to a database of potential prospects to target immediately.
Autonomy: Enjoy the freedom to build genuine partnerships without rigid scripts you are expected to lead with "knowledge before assumption," allowing you the freedom to build genuine, unique partnerships with your clients.
