This opportunity is best suited to experienced, self-directed sales professionals who are comfortable operating independently, closing founder-led conversations, and earning primarily through performance-based compensation. We are open to different sales profiles, provided candidates can demonstrate the ability to sell value-driven, emerging-technology products to Web3-native teams and projects.
We are offering a 50% commission on all closed revenue for the first 12 months of the GTM phase, creating a highly attractive upside for individuals who can execute early and build pipeline momentum alongside the founding team.
