We are actively seeking to recruit independent sales agents to develop business in the UK market.

Ideal Profile

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
  • Able to understand technical products and translate features into customer value
  • Confident managing records, follow-ups, and activity tracking using CRM tools
  • Driving licence desirable for customer visits
  • Able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the UK

Typical Activities (What You Will Be Doing)

  • Proactively identify and approach new clients through outreach and networking
  • Educate prospects on products and benefits, tailoring solutions to requirements
  • Present and demonstrate product options, highlighting fit-for-purpose performance
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
  • Keep accurate records of activity, interactions, and next steps in a CRM
  • Work with marketing to support promotions that increase visibility and sales
  • Attend relevant industry events and trade shows to generate leads and expand contacts
