MARKET LEADING PROVIDER OF IT SUPPORT SERVICES

UltraSupport are a UK-wide provider of IT maintenance contracts. To simplify, our customers buy 12 month support contracts and we send out a part/engineer to strictly agreed rapid response times when business critical IT hardware needs fixing.

Sales agents will receive a fixed fee based on experience, typically ranging from a guaranteed £1.5k to £2k per month.

We are ‘channel only’ which means we sell to IT Services companies who re-sell our contracts.

We offer a wider range of services than our direct competitors and are experiencing rapid growth. If you are new business orientated this would provide a very attractive long-term role.

Target Market

Our target customers are IT companies who re-sell our contracts.

Typically, these companies are described as:

  • MSPs (Managed Services Providers).
  • VARs (Value Added Resellers).
  • SIs (Service Integrators).

Their customer bases are vast and range from SMEs through to large Corporates and Public Sector.

Ideal Sales Agent Profile

We pay a fixed fee based on experience, typically ranging from a guaranteed £1.5k to £2k per month.

The role is not commission focused as your first order with a new customer would likely be very low value and at that point you would hand over to an UltraSupport Account Manager who would need 12 months + to grow the business.

We have an extensive list of companies for you to target, training is provided and you will be closely supported by our Sales & Commercial team.

We are open-minded and flexible but ideally the sales agent will:

  • Dedicate one day a week to prospecting new clients via telephone/email.
  • Spend half a day across each week on reactive activity.
  • Be home based (preferably in the South East).
  • Have a very strong sales background (not necessarily IT but advantageous) and be capable of communicating at all levels.
