We’re looking to sell Care Audits subscriptions on a per-user basis, with a typical starting point of 5 users per service/location and larger organisations comfortably in excess of 100 users. Customers can scale up by adding more users as their team grows or as they roll out to additional locations.
Care Audits is a single, all-in-one platform (rather than a suite of add-on products), so the focus is on selling the core subscription and supporting customer growth through user expansion over time.
Care Audits was established in 2015 and in the last couple of years has undergone large investment in its software platform. It is currently used daily by over a 1000 care locations across the UK and Ireland.
Care Audits offers a low-cost, low-friction entry compared to many competitors, with simple per-user pricing (typically from a 5-user baseline). It’s designed to be easy to use and quick to roll out, with clear, transparent costs, no hidden fees, no paid add-ons, and no surprise charges for “extras” while still providing a feature rich compliance system.
We’ve designed the commission to be genuinely rewarding and to reflect the long-term value of subscription customers. Agents earn 40% of first-year subscription revenue, plus 10% in years 2 and 3 (uncapped), so a single win keeps paying as the customer renews. Because the platform is easy to demo and typically starts from a 5-user baseline, it’s straightforward to build strong earnings quickly, and even stronger as customers add users or roll out across multiple services.
Agents can build a meaningful residual income from their customer portfolio. Your commission continues into years 2 and 3 at 10% of subscription revenue, rewarding you for bringing on customers who stay and grow. As customers expand user numbers or roll out to additional locations, your recurring income can increase without needing to re-sell a new product.
You’ll receive a structured onboarding covering the product, target buyer personas, common objections, positioning, and a simple demo flow. Pricing is simple and fixed by user numbers (typically starting at 5 users), so you can qualify and price confidently without complex proposals. We’ll provide ongoing support via regular check-ins and help with deal strategy so you feel confident from your first conversations. Where helpful, we can also join key calls/demos until you’re fully up to speed.
We’ll supply professional sales materials to help you win business quickly, including pitch decks, demo scripts, and product walkthroughs. We can also provide key system benefits, plus support with tailored messaging for different care settings (residential, domiciliary, supported living and specialist services). If you’d like, we can collaborate on target account lists and campaigns to keep your pipeline moving.
Our target market is UK care providers across residential care homes, domiciliary care agencies, supported living and specialist services (including complex care and mental health settings). We sell primarily to owners, directors, registered managers, quality/compliance leads and operations managers, particularly those who need a reliable way to evidence compliance, standardise processes, and maintain oversight across multiple services.
The target market includes around 10,000 CQC-regulated establishments in England (plus Wales/Scotland/NI equivalents), spanning residential care homes and domiciliary agencies.
We also have an established Republic of Ireland customer base ready for further expansion.
We’re looking for sales agents who already sell into the care sector or adjacent markets (compliance, HR/workforce, training, governance, care management or operational software), and who are comfortable engaging decision-makers and running a structured sales process.
Care Audits is a clear pain-to-solution sale with an easy-to-demonstrate product and a strong commission structure: 40% of first-year subscription revenue, plus 10% of subscription revenue in years 2 and 3 (uncapped).
