EasiLearn is reshaping how professional development (CPD) is done in UK schools. We partner with schools and multi-academy trusts that are ready to move beyond the tick-box approach to CPD and invest in change that drives real classroom impact.
We’re now looking to engage a small number of experienced sales agents to help us start smarter, insight-led conversations with senior education leaders.

You will engage in consultative, insight-led discussions with Heads, CEOs and senior leaders. This is a relationship-based, problem-solving sales environment.
Our commission structure is simple and rewarding. Agents earn 10% on every sale, with top-value packages offering up to £2,500 per deal. No thresholds or moving targets.
We offer structured onboarding, a clear conversation framework, and guidance tailored to selling to senior education leaders. If you already have consultative sales experience, this will sharpen it. If you’re newer, we’ll help you build strong foundations.
You’ll have access to proven messaging, a dedicated CRM, and marketing tools to support each conversation. Your focus is on execution, not creating materials from scratch.
This is a fully remote, self-managed opportunity. You manage your time and activity. What matters is the quality of your conversations and the outcomes you achieve.
