We are now actively seeking sales agents to help expand our reach by developing relationships with existing travel agency partners.

Mercury Holidays offers three main product lines:

  • Short-Haul Package Holidays to destinations such as Cyprus and Spain
  • Long-Haul Holidays to countries like Sri Lanka, Mauritius and the Maldives
  • Escorted Tours, our fastest-growing segment, now featuring over 130 worldwide itineraries

While all offerings are relevant, the primary focus will be on promoting our Escorted Tours in your region, where we see the greatest opportunity for growth.

  • Flexible Working Structure

    Start with two days per week on a flexible basis. Choose which days you work, and vary week to week. Additional ad-hoc days may be available for events and conferences, with the potential to increase regular days over time.

Target Market: Reignite and Grow Existing Partnerships

Your core task will be to drive growth through established travel agency partners. Some are regular bookers needing nurturing, others are low-volume or dormant partners ready to be reactivated. This is a strategic growth role focused on making meaningful connections and boosting visibility for Mercury Holidays’ offerings.

Ideal Profile: Commercially Minded Travel Enthusiast

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Are passionate about travel and relationship building
  • Have experience as a travel agent or field-based sales representative (preferred but not required)
  • Enjoy working independently with clear goals and the flexibility to manage their own schedule
  • Are confident in presenting and communicating with agency stakeholders

This opportunity suits someone who sees value in growing a territory, working with respected products and building long-term commercial relationships.
