Terms: 1% of the loan amount. We lend from 50k to 2.5m so up to 25k commission per deal

We are a principal lender of bridging loans to property developers and SME business owners around the country. We are looking for independent telesales agents to call clients with outstanding finance from our competitors. We will provide you with leads to call from home.

From experience there is a high likelihood that these clients need extensions to their loans which their existing lenders cannot agree to. It is a great opportunity to speak to these clients and potentially win business. Once the lead has been generated, the client will be passed over to myself to carry out DD, instruct solicitors and close the loan. All enquiries will be logged under your name on our CRM and we will factor in a 1% broker fee for all successful enquiries, payable upon completion. We have capacity to lend up to £30m this year across England and Wales.

As a firm, we have a unique appetite to risk which differentiates us from many of our competitors. As such, we close a lot of deals that others can’t.

The role is ideal for a self-motivated individuals who may have a financial services background and understand the product. I am happy to talk through the role in more detail with anyone who is interested.
