Hi, I’m Saeri, the owner of Chill Tea Tokyo. A premium tea and lifestyle brand entering an exciting growth phase across the UK. With strong early traction and increasing demand, we are expanding our presence and building a motivated local sales team to help take the brand to the next level.

Sales agents will represent Chill Tea Tokyo’s premium tea range and lifestyle brand across London.

This is a product designed for repeat business, strong brand positioning, and long-term client relationships.
This role is fully commission-based, offering 10% commission per sale with no cap. High performers consistently exceed £100,000 per year.
You will receive structured training on our brand, products, and positioning, along with practical sales enablement support, including pitch materials, messaging, and ongoing guidance to help you succeed.
A £1,000 one-off First Sale Bonus will be paid on your first qualifying deal of £10,000 or above in net sales (excluding VAT), once the deal has been completed and customer payment has been received in full, in addition to standard commission.
We are focused on premium London markets including independent retailers, hospitality venues, lifestyle businesses, corporate clients and distribution partners. Ideal environments are those that value quality, unique branding and innovative products.
Sales agents can leverage their existing network or build new relationships across London.
