Optimise Accountants Limited is a UK-based specialist tax advisory firm established in 2010, focused on property investors and international clients. We are not a general bookkeeping practice. Our work is premium, compliance-driven and planning-focused, helping landlords, property companies and US/UK cross-border clients navigate complex HMRC and IRS issues through paid strategy calls and retained advisory services.
We are expanding and actively seeking commission-only sales agents to introduce qualified prospects to our firm.
We provide high-value advisory services designed to solve urgent, expensive tax problems, not low-fee admin work. Our core offer is a paid, specialist tax strategy model that consistently converts into longer-term retained advisory.

Commercial value:
Your focus: generate and qualify prospects, then book paid advisory calls. We handle technical delivery and close long-term advisory services.
Property tax and UK/US cross-border advisory is a focused market where specialist expertise stands out clearly against general practices.
HMRC and IRS exposure, Section 24, CGT and SDLT planning, and cross-border obligations create urgency and reduce “nice-to-have” conversations.
Premium advisory with an average first transaction of £800–£2,500 and lifetime value that can exceed £5,000+.
Build repeatable monthly earnings through 10% recurring commission for the first 24 months on retained clients.
Structured sales training, on-demand videos, optional weekly BDM Zoom sessions, plus ready-made outreach and marketing materials to speed up results.
Your role is prospecting, qualifying and booking paid strategy calls. Our team handles technical delivery and closes retained work.
