Empower Local Restaurants with Dished

Dished is a UK-based restaurant ordering and loyalty platform built specifically for independent restaurants. Our mission is to help local eateries increase repeat visits, take control of customer relationships, and reduces their dependency on high-commission delivery platforms.

We’re currently expanding across London and are actively seeking motivated, self-driven sales agents to introduce Dished to restaurant owners, explain its value, and guide them through onboarding. This is a compelling opportunity to work with a high-impact product in a fast-growing startup environment.

A Smarter Way for Restaurants to Take Orders and Build Loyalty

Dished is not a traditional delivery app. It’s a complete digital ordering and loyalty solution tailored for independent halal restaurants. With no upfront costs and a simple commission model, it offers a low-risk, high-value proposition that is easy to present.

Sales agents will be introducing restaurant owners to a platform that offers:

  • Digital dine-in and takeaway ordering
  • Built-in loyalty schemes to drive repeat business
  • Promotions and discounts controlled by the restaurant
  • Customer insights and order analytics to inform smarter decisions
  • Lower reliance on third-party platforms that charge 20 to 30 percent commission

Agents are selling access to a platform that restaurants use daily, not a one-off product, creating ongoing value and repeat revenue.

Benefits

  • Genuine Need, Easy Sell

Restaurants are under pressure from costly delivery platforms. Dished provides a low-cost, practical alternative with no upfront charges. It is a clear and compelling value proposition.

  • Excellent commission terms

Agents earn 1 percent of all in-app orders from restaurants for the first two months. This creates a revenue stream based on real usage rather than one-time sign-ups.

  • Sales and marketing support

We supply pitch materials, objection-handling guidance, and onboarding support so you can close deals confidently and efficiently.

  • Freedom & flexibility

Set your own hours and work independently. Ideal for those who prefer self-managed, commission-driven roles or want to build income alongside other commitments.

Who You’ll Be Selling To: Owner-Operated Halal Restaurants in London

Our primary market includes:

  • Independent halal restaurants and takeaways
  • Single-site or small multi-site operators
  • Dine-in, takeaway, and hybrid restaurants
  • Businesses currently using paper menus, WhatsApp ordering, or high-fee delivery apps

Most decisions are made by the owner or on-site manager, allowing for fast, personal sales interactions. These businesses are actively looking to reduce costs, build loyalty, and take back control from third-party platforms. Dished offers exactly what they need.

Ideal Sales Agent Profile: Self-Starter with a People-First Approach

We are looking for confident, people-oriented sales agents who thrive in field sales or commission-based environments. If you enjoy connecting with small business owners and explaining real value, this role is an excellent fit.

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Are confident approaching restaurants in person
  • Prefer value-led, relationship-based selling
  • Are self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
  • Want freedom and flexibility in your work
  • Are excited by the growth potential of an early-stage tech startup

This opportunity is attractive because the product is genuinely useful and easy to sell. Restaurants are not charged upfront, decision-makers are usually on-site, and the value proposition is clear: lower fees, more repeat customers, and better control compared to delivery platforms. Agents are selling a solution that helps businesses, not a high-friction product.

There is also strong upside for high performers as commissions are linked to real restaurant usage rather than one-off signups.
