As part of our ongoing expansion, we are actively seeking a Telesales Representative to join our office in Shaw, Oldham.

You’ll be representing services that make a genuine difference in the supply chain. Aerona provides expert customs clearance and freight forwarding for air and sea cargo, supporting imports and exports globally.

Our work ensures businesses meet compliance requirements while moving goods quickly and efficiently – essential in today’s fast-moving trade environment.

Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured sales environment and enjoys engaging with people. You’ll need:

  • Minimum 1 year’s telesales or call centre experience
  • Confidence on the phone, with strong rapport-building skills
  • A self-starter mentality and excellent organisational ability
  • Proficiency in IT systems (we’ll train you on our CRM, GenieAI)
  • A resilient attitude and genuine interest in logistics

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and follow up on warm leads
  • Promote Aerona’s services to prospective and existing clients
  • Tailor solutions based on client needs in customs and freight
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to sales tracking
  • Support team safety and ad-hoc operational duties as required
