Arctic Wolf provides 24/7 security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response for UK businesses — delivered as a fully managed service with no hardware required. We are an authorised Arctic Wolf partner and are looking for a sales agent to help us grow this offering across our target market.
Blackdog Cloud Technologies was founded in 2020 and has grown organically, building a solid base of managed IT and cloud clients across the UK and internationally. We have a stable, recurring revenue model and strong vendor relationships — including as an authorised Arctic Wolf partner.
We are looking to bring on our first dedicated sales agent as we scale the business. This means the right person gets in early, has direct access to the director, and will help shape how we grow — with no internal politics or competing salespeople to deal with.
Arctic Wolf is one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity companies in the world, delivering a fully managed Security Operations (SOC) service that gives businesses 24/7 threat monitoring, detection, and response without the cost of building an in-house team. Unlike traditional security tools that generate alerts and leave customers to act, Arctic Wolf provides a dedicated Concierge Security Team per customer — making it genuinely different from anything else in the market. It is consistently rated as a leader in MDR and has a very high customer retention rate, making it an easy and credible sell.
We offer 50% of all margin achieved on every deal closed — one of the highest commission rates available in the channel. Arctic Wolf contracts are significant in value, meaning realistic earnings per deal are substantial. A motivated agent closing even two to three deals per year could generate a very meaningful income on top of any other work they are doing.
Recurring commission is available on cross sell and upsell — agents can build a growing portfolio of clients generating ongoing income for as long as those clients remain with us. Given Arctic Wolf's exceptionally high customer retention rate, this represents a genuine long-term earning opportunity.
The agent will receive a full product briefing on Arctic Wolf's MDR and SOC services, access to Arctic Wolf's own partner training resources, and ongoing support directly from the Blackdog director throughout the sales process. You will never be left to sell alone.
A first sale bonus is on the table and will be discussed and agreed with the right candidate. We want to reward early momentum and demonstrate that we are serious about making this a genuinely rewarding partnership.
We will provide professional sales collateral, Arctic Wolf marketing materials, case studies, and proposal support. The Blackdog director will be available to join calls, attend meetings, and support closing — you are selling with us, not for us.
This is a fully flexible, self-employed sales agent role. There are no set hours, no territory restrictions, and no requirement to report into an office. You work around your existing commitments and earn on results. Fit it around other work or build it into a primary income stream — it's entirely up to you.
Businesses with 50–500 employees, particularly those in sectors with elevated cyber risk or compliance requirements — including finance, legal, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services. We are targeting organisations that either lack an in-house security team or have limited SOC capability and would benefit from a fully managed, 24/7 threat detection and response service. Decision makers are typically IT Managers, IT Directors, CISO, head of security or business owners.
We are looking for an experienced B2B sales agent with a background in IT, technology, or cybersecurity sales — ideally someone who already has relationships with IT decision makers in UK businesses. You should be comfortable with consultative selling and managing a sales cycle.
