At the core of our offer is the Fit-P2P (Fit People to Places) Alignment Lab. It’s a 2 to 6-week diagnostic that helps companies understand the real causes of team and hiring issues. Instead of vague culture audits, we use proven psychological models to assess the actual work environment, leadership dynamics, role expectations, and onboarding experience.

Other services include:

  • Fractional HR Support – For scaling SMEs without in-house HR, we act as a strategic partner handling onboarding, offboarding, and cultural alignment.
  • Waystation Project Teams – When a Lab uncovers technical delivery gaps, we deploy aligned technical squads to execute solutions based on the findings.
