We partner with leading manufacturers to deliver high-quality Solar PV and battery storage systems, supported by clear advice and compliant processes. Circa £70k+ OTE. ALL APPOINTMENTS SUPPLIED.

We are actively seeking to recruit experienced direct sales professionals to represent our Solar PV and Battery Systems offer across the North West. You must be experienced in High Value Face to face sales in a domestic setting.

 

Product Offering: Solar PV and Battery Storage That Homeowners Rely On

Our core solutions are residential Solar PV panels and battery storage systems, designed to help households generate, use and store their own electricity. You will be presenting tailored system designs based on in-home surveys, explaining projected savings and return on investment, and guiding customers through available finance options (including 0% finance packages, subject to conditions).

You will be selling to homeowners across the North West, Midlands, and Yorkshire, who want to cut electricity bills, improve energy independence and invest in renewable technology for their property. ALL CONFIRMED APPOINTMENTS PROVIDED>

This is a face-to-face, residential field sales environment with structured appointments and a consultative close.

Ideal Profile

  • 2 to 3+ years direct sales experience- face to face, high value product sales direct to domestic Home owner clients
  • Background in solar, home improvements, energy, or other high-ticket sales preferred
  • Confident conducting in-home surveys and delivering structured presentations
  • Strong closing ability and clear, customer-first communication
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and professional in the field
  • Genuine interest in cleaner, greener energy
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)

What you will be doing day to day

  • Attending pre-qualified, pre-booked homeowner appointments
  • Completing in-home surveys for Solar PV and battery systems
  • Presenting tailored solar and storage solutions
  • Explaining incentives, savings and return on investment
  • Closing sales face-to-face and completing documentation accurately
