Excellent commission terms
We offer 10 % commission on all new contracts for the first 3 months plus 4 % ongoing commission for the lifetime of the contract. Commissions are paid within 7 days of client payment, creating strong, predictable earnings for proactive agents.
Recurring commission
Agents earn 4 % recurring commission for the full lifetime of each client contract, building a growing portfolio of repeat income that continues as long as the client remains with AlphaServ Hospitality.
Sales and marketing support
We provide a professional one-page company profile, logo branding, and marketing materials, plus clear service descriptions and a ready-made pitch. Agents receive responsive support, fast quoting, and regular updates to help them convert leads quickly.
Freedom & flexibility
This is a fully commission-only role with no territory restrictions. Agents can work remotely or on the road, set their own schedule, and target the industries and contacts they know best.
