Challenger was established in 1991. We are an independent, award-winning communications specialist offering a diverse range of business telecoms solutions. We provide a range of services including mobile phone communications, vehicle tracking, voice telephony, and other data products. Our dedicated account managers work with our customers to understand how they can achieve business efficiencies via our suite of connected products.
Our Challenger lead referral programme makes earning money easy, with the added benefit of ongoing access and support from a leading industry organisation. Sales agents will start to earn without having to do the hard sell! They will earn 30% ongoing revenue for the lifetime of the referred business, along with monthly revenue for each converted lead.
Typical deals involve small-medium sized businesses with 20-50 connections, but our customer base ranges from one connection companies to companies with 1000s of mobiles. Sales agents will have full support from head office – all they need to do is bring in the business then leave the rest to us!
Products
- Business mobiles, services and connections (direct partner of O2).
- VoIP (hosted phone systems).
- Business landlines and broadband.
- Vehicle tracking M2M (machine to machine connectivity such as for remotely operated gates).
Challenger convert the leads you submit into customers. You receive the revenue for converted sales each month. Challenger actively account-manage customers, and you will receive commission if we add additional products/services to your referred customer too.

Excellent commission terms
No selling. You generate leads from your own network. Enter the basic profiles through the Challenger portal (you will always see the status of your leads). Challenger will then convert your leads into customers, and you'll receive the revenue each month. Challenger actively account-manage customers, and you will receive commission if we add additional products/services to your referred customer too.
Recurring commission
There is no cap on commission. For every converted lead, you will receive monthly revenue income for the lifetime they are with Challenger. The revenue is ongoing for the time that customers remain with us (avg. 9 years). You will have access to our CRM portal so you can see your pipeline and anticipated/current revenue each month.
Professional training and support
We will guide you through how to best generate interest with potential customers and identify a need to pass over to Challenger, and we will stand by your side for the duration that you are a lead referrer.
Sales and marketing support
We will supply online marketing material such as personalised links and collateral to share with your potential leads.
