We’re seeking a confident, personable appointment setter to connect with local business owners across the UK, US, and Canada. Your role is to qualify leads, communicate the value of our services, and book discovery calls with decision-makers who could benefit from improved online visibility.

Experience

  • Proven track record in B2B appointment setting, lead generation, or telesales (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
  • Experience in digital marketing, SEO, or SaaS sales is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Experience working with SMEs or local businesses is a plus
  • Understanding of the sales funnel and qualifying leads effectively

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of local business challenges and pain points
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts (like SEO) in simple, benefits-focused language
  • Time management skills – able to manage high call volumes efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of Google My Business, online reviews, and local search would be beneficial
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Meet, Cal, and email automation platforms
